Last week at the Latina Leadership Conference at Whittier College, two of our Career Center team membersâDirector Brenda and Career Coach Cris led an empowering and impactful presentation.
Director Brenda presented Mija, hay mĂĄs tiempo que vida: Burnout Prevention & Developing Culturally Responsive Self-Care Strategies for the First Gen Professional. Career Coach Cris shared âBidi Bidi Bye Bye: Releasing the Guilt of Shoulds and Calming Your Propio Pathâ.
Together they both explore the challenges Latina leaders can navigate challenges and embrace change. Jen, also had the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow alongside an inspiring community of leaders.
