Here’s something most people don’t think about: every single step you take is basically a one legged balancing act. Your hip has to stabilize your whole pelvis each time the opposite foot leaves the ground. πŸ‘£

That’s exactly why hip strength and hip mobility matter so much, even outside the gym. Weak or stiff hips are one of the most common hidden causes of knee pain and lower back pain, not because the knee or back itself is the problem, but because something upstream isn’t doing its job.

This routine covers six moves in one bellicon session: 3 for hip strength + 3 for hip mobility, so your hips can actually do what they’re supposed to do.

What’s your hip situation like after a long day at a desk? πŸ‘‡

Running and rebounding can burn a similar amount of calories. πŸ”₯ Only one of them tends to leave your knees thanking you the next day.

A bellicon workout uses a flexible, elastic surface instead of a hard sidewalk, so your joints absorb a lot less impact per bounce. 🦡 That's a big part of why people often say they feel ready to move again the next day instead of nursing sore knees or shin splints. Doesn't mean running is bad, just a different trade-off.

Which one actually gets you moving again the next day, the miles or the bounce? πŸ‘‡

Most workout videos hand you the hardest version and call it a day. We'd rather teach you the entry point first. 🐰✨

Two combos, three levels each, built so anyone can start exactly where they are πŸ’ͺ. Same choreo, three completely different intensities. πŸ”„

That's the difference between a fitness video and an actual progression: level 1 teaches the pattern, level 2 adds coordination, level 3 adds the challenge πŸ”₯. Nobody expects you to skip straight to level 3 (except maybe your inner competitive streak πŸ˜…).

πŸ“Œ Save this for inspo. Which level are you starting on today? πŸ‘‡

Somewhere between pumpkin spice and shorter days, our joints quietly declare it's stiff season. πŸ‚

This 5-move circuit is built for exactly that, and every move can flex up or down depending on how your body feels today. About a minute per move gets you a 5-minute reset, 2 minutes each gets you a full 10.

πŸ‚ Light Jog: wakes up your legs. Prefer gentler? March in place instead.
πŸ‚ Kicks: opens your hips through a comfortable range. Keep kicks low, or lift higher as you warm up.
πŸ‚ Squat + Criss-Cross: builds strength and coordination. Drop the criss-cross and it's just a bodyweight squat.
πŸ‚ Jumping Jacks: brings the energy back. Swap in step-outs for a lower-impact version.
πŸ‚ Touchdown Squat Jacks: the challenge move. Go as far as feels right today, a smaller range still counts.

Ten minutes on the bellicon and you've already done more than most people manage on a gray fall afternoon.

What's your go-to move for shaking off a slow, stiff day? Tell us below. πŸ‘‡

There is something special about finding a form of movement you still genuinely enjoy years later. πŸ’›

Longtime bellicon user Edyn Nicole Jacks has kept her bounce going through the years, and we love getting to see bellicon remain part of her routine.

Because sustainable fitness does not always come from forcing yourself to do more. Sometimes it comes from finding movement that feels good enough, fun enough, and flexible enough to keep coming back to. ✨

For our longtime bellicon community: how many years have you been bouncing? We would love to hear your story below. πŸ‘‡

You can fit a surprising amount of movement into 60 seconds. πŸ’›πŸ”₯

This quick bellicon circuit works different parts of the body as you move through it:

15 sec Plank: builds core and upper-body stability.
15 sec Mountain Climbers: adds dynamic core work and cardio.
30 sec Bounce Balance β†’ Sprint: works balance, coordination, and lower-body control before raising the intensity for the finish.

And you do not have to sprint to make it worthwhile. Stay with the Bounce Balance, switch to a comfortable jog, or slow the mountain climbers down until you feel confident with the movement.

One minute can be a workout on its own, a quick energy break, or something you repeat for a longer circuit. πŸ™Œ

Save this routine for the next time you need a quick workout. πŸ“Œ
Would you do this once, or challenge yourself to repeat it 3 times? πŸ‘‡

Some days, all it takes to feel steady and strong again is ten focused minutes. πŸ’ͺ

Now streaming on bellicon+, 14 Days Quick Core Ignite is a new core program with Christina. It combines controlled strength work, balance challenges, and dynamic bouncing to help you build stability, body control, and functional strength, all in about 10 minutes a day.

It's built for anyone who wants a focused core reset without carving extra time out of their day. ✨

Your treadmill has never once asked your arms to do any work. πŸ˜„

That's kind of the point of this last video in our lymph flow series. Most cardio machines only move your legs, but fluid retention doesn't check which body part you're training that day. Julia closes the series with a gentle full body session: easy bouncing, some slow arm reaches, and a finish lying down where she shakes out and softly strokes her arms and legs toward her body.

This is honestly why we love the bellicon so much: the bounce naturally pulls your arms into the movement too, so you're supporting lymph flow everywhere, not just below the waist. 🩡

She says she always feels lighter afterward. Do you notice it more in your legs or your arms?

Nobody told her that bouncing on a rebounder in her 60s wasn't supposed to look this fun. πŸ˜„

Somewhere along the way we decided movement after 40 has to be grueling to count. More sweat, more soreness, more "no pain, no gain." But low impact doesn't mean low effort, and joyful doesn't mean lazy. A few minutes on the bellicon gets your heart rate up while going easy on your joints, which might be why she can't stop smiling.

Cellulite is normal. Really normal. And no workout needs to promise to β€œget rid of it.” πŸ’›

Its appearance is influenced by connective tissue, fat distribution, genetics, hormones, and sometimes fluid retention. That means better lymph flow will not magically remove cellulite, but regular movement can support circulation, reduce temporary fluid buildup, and strengthen the muscles underneath the skin.

That is where movements like the soft squat bounces Julia shows here can be useful. You are supporting the legs, circulation, and lymphatic system without turning cellulite into something that needs to be β€œfixed.”

Did you grow up thinking cellulite was something you were supposed to get rid of? We have a feeling a lot of us did. πŸ‘‡
