Peek-A-Boo Daycare

Peek-A-Boo Daycare, located in Carson is looking for a patient, nurturing, Childcare Assistant who is committed to customer service and helping children grow.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Mandated Reporter Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Must be able to pass a livescan background check
Proof of negative Covid Test or vaccination card (You must have one or the other)

Negative TB test
Proof of Dtap and MMR vaccines

Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining a clean and sanitized environment;

Assist with creating activities, lesson plans, and a curriculum that is fun and educational for the children;

Supervise children playground activities;
Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunchtime, and nap time for students;

Maintain the naptime environment, including setting up cots and necessary bedding;

Diapering/ feeding as needed;
Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors;

Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English;

Other duties as assigned.
