Small Blessings Christian Preschool Small Blessings is an outreach of Carson City 1st United Methodist Church. It's a safe place where kids can grow academically, spiritually and emotionally.

At Small Blessings our highest priority is to nurture the "whole child" in a loving and safe Christian environment by offering a high quality developmentally appropriate program for young children. We design curriculum and learning experiences to enhance children's growth in all areas of development: social, emotional, cognitive, intellectual, physical and spiritual. Using this model we will creat

e an environment of love, trust, and forgiveness woven throughout the day with examples of God's love and compassion. We will provide children many opportunities to see how language, reading, and writing are useful tools of communication. Children will be allowed to explore the environment in a safe, structured setting through balanced lesson plans with child-directed and teacher-led activities. We will introduce pre-academic skills in a fun, engaging manner to increase the likelihood of retaining and generalizing this knowledge. Our goals for your children are to nurture the seeds of God's love in their hearts, to help them each develop a positive self image and to help them start stacking the building blocks of knowledge that will promote their academic success.

Looking for a quality Preschool or Pre-K experience for your child this coming 2024-25 school year? Small Blessings Christian Preschool is currently accepting kids for the fall, especially those who were born between August 1, 2019 - August 1, 2020.

Small Blessings Preschool provides a developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3-5. Positive relationships with teachers and other children through play-based learning is our top priority.
