Two opportunities to share the love this week! Proceeds from both go to support the Blalack PTA and the students and teachers at Charles M. Blalack Middle School!

PARENTS can send a Cookie Gram to their students by completing the online form or returning in person by February 11th. Find the form & information here: https://blalackpta.org/cookie-gram-fundraiser

STUDENTS can send a Candy Gram to friends or teachers. Purchases can be made during all lunches, February 10th and 11th!. Prices range from $1-$3, and will be delivered during Advisory on Friday, February 13th.

Join the ELA Department for Literacy Night on 2/17 from 5:30–7:00 PM in the library!
Enjoy music, crafts, games, free book prizes, grab a snack, and swing by the Bear Wear store 🐻
Bring the family, bring your love for reading, and come celebrate literacy with us! 📖✨

Save the date for our annual Taste of Blalack on March 10, 2026! We hope to see our Blalack community come together to celebrate cultural diversity from around the world. For those that are new to this event, here are a few details:

1) Students, parents, and community members choose a country to represent
2) Each participant will decorate a booth and prepare a culinary delight to serve to guests
3) Join us to sample foods from around the world during this FREE event!
