📚🍁 To kick off the season of Thanksgiving, we welcomed a wonderful guest reader, Ms. BeBe, who joined our 4th, 5th, and 6th graders for a special storytime! Ms. BeBe read How to Catch a Turkey. Afterward, our students created their own turkeys and took time to reflect on what they are grateful for. It was a great way to start the season, celebrating gratitude and creativity.🦃📖

📚🦎 Our elementary students at Carroll Academy had an incredible, hands-on experience with the recent mobile Mississippi Natural Science Museum! They loved getting up close with reptiles and learning all about animals native to Mississippi. A big thank you to the museum team for bringing these amazing creatures to our campus and sparking curiosity in the natural world! 🌿🐍

🎉 Congratulations to Carroll Academy seniors Reid Blaylock and Nathan Matthews for being named to the MAIS 3A/4A Football All-Star Team! Both Reid and Nathan will represent Carroll on the Blue Team. 👏 We're also thrilled to announce that our very own Coach Bo Milton has been selected as the head coach for the 3A/4A Blue All-Star Team. This is a tremendous honor for Coach Milton and our school!

Under the direction of Mrs. Liz Wilson, Carroll Academy student council members, together with students from J.Z. George, hosted a heartfelt ceremony today to honor our veterans. Each Carroll County veteran shared stories of their service, including where they served and how long. Among the honored guests was Sugar Mullins, Carroll County VFW Commander and a proud Carroll Academy alumnus from the class of 1978.
