MBA Instructors:

MBA Instructors cultivate extraordinary learning experiences where they become a guiding light into the beauty industry. They are responsible to educate, motivate, and mentor students in their theoretical and technical skills in serving clients. Utilizing the MBA education system we have developed they equip and empower students to become the future of beauty.

What We Are Looking For:

This particular candidate will have previous education and salon experience, as well as knowledge of Modern Beauty Academy Programs. He or she must have a passion for educating, motivating, and mentoring all students, and for inspiring and coaching students in all of MBA’s systems. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, soft skills, professional development skills, and teamwork.

Skills/Competencies Required:

- Experience instructing at a cosmetology school
- Current cosmetology, esthetic, or nail and instructor license
- Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
- Skills in leadership, teamwork, and documentation
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
- Knowledge of Modern Beauty Academy's culture and education systems is preferred
