If you've been around Kolt, you know this kid represents exactly what we try to teach.

He shows up. He works. He listens. He competes. And most importantly, he keeps getting better.

I've watched Kolt go from struggling against kids he couldn't beat to turning the tables on them through nothing but hard work and determination. That's what makes me proudest. Not the wins or the medals, but the work it took to earn them.

Never settle. You can always be better.

Kolt is living that.
