Many of you know that I have been teaching at Hebron for the last 6 years. If you didn’t, we’ll there’s a fun fact for ya. I have actually taught many of y’alls younger siblings!! Anyway, September 29th is our homecoming game and it is the game that we are officially dedicating the stadium to Coach Brazil. The stadium is now going to be the “Brian Brazil Stadium”. I think it would be really cool if a bunch of us went especially since our reunion is the following weekend. All tickets will have to be purchased online. No cash. Would love to see you there. I will most likely be working the game. The link to the game to purchase tickets will go live at 8a.m. the week of the game. I will be sure to share the direct link on here for those that would like to attend. ☺️ Hope everyone is doing well!!”

Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to let you know that our high school reunion is happening no matter what. There is no question of canceling the event anymore. I really appreciate those of you that have purchased your tickets, and I hope to see many more of you there. It will be a great time to catch up with old friends. One other update, the dress attire is being changed from cocktail hour to casual. Feel free to wear whatever you are comfortable in.

Please pray for Duke Alexander Moore EA. Duke is not doing well at the moment. We are going to support Duke and his business, regardless, of whether he sponsors the event or not. I am sure the gesture will go a long way for him to show that the class of 2013 cares about him. With that, a few of us might go visit him on Sunday. If you are interested let me know.

Final Reminder: This is the final reminder to buy tickets to the reunion. Our ticket sales are going up, and we might have a miracle where Duke Moore might sponsor the event or partially sponsor. I’m waiting to hear confirmation from him. If you plan on attending I need to know.

Hello all,

Caroline Korst and I are going to start selling tickets for our reunion. There is a total of 200 tickets for sale for $30 each. I still have details to confirm with the venue, one month prior (9/7) to the event, so it would be helpful to me if you could purchase your tickets by September 6 (9/6) night. However, they will remain on sale through September 30 (9/30). Your tickets are considered purchased once we receive payment. When purchasing, please comment with your first and last name. If you are brining a guest please do the same for their name, or we will keep a place holder if you do not know yet. I will need this to create a guest list.

I have not decided if I am going to print name tags or have a table set up for people to make them there. If anyone has suggestions for a place, not too expensive, with a quick turnaround let me know.

Hello everyone,

Some exciting news. Our Class of 2013 reunion is officially booked for Saturday, October 7, 2023 (10/7/2023) from 7PM - 11PM. It will be held at The Quixotic World in Deep Ellum (see comments for details). S/O to Natalia BK for the great suggestion.

There were a lot of things to consider, but this venue is in a great location, fun, creative, decorated, magical, etc. As far as I am concerned, this it seems like a great environment to have our reunion. Some details: we will have 2 bartenders (with the possibility of adding another), cash bar, security provided, seating for 40 people at a time with additional lounging areas, and decorations included. Right now, we have agreed to access to their “amazing sound system” and a Spotify playlist we can make. I am open to booking a DJ, but after I pay myself back.

With that being said Caroline Korst our 2013 Class Treasury and I will soon start selling tickets. Tickets are $30 a person - I tried to keep it as cheap as possible for everyone without compromising on the quality or experience. I would sell them cheaper if I could, but in my opinion this is fair to everyone and I can manage the risk I am taking. First come, first serve - there is a max of 200 tickets. Anyone interested from our class is welcome to come with their +1. Free for faculty, former faculty, and their +1s.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there. I wanted to give more of a heads up, but there is a little over ~3 months for those that are out of town.
