This past Friday, May 8th, we had the joy of welcoming some of our favorite people through our doors, our moms! Moms and their little ones shared muffins and juice while making memories that will last a lifetime.

Last week, we celebrated Week of the Young Child and honored NAEYC’s 100th year! Each April, the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) invites educators, families, and communities to come together for the Week of the Young Child, a joyful celebration of early learning, young children, and the adults who support them. It is a time to recognize the importance of high-quality early childhood education and to advocate for the professionals who make it possible.

Our theme this year was ‘Camp PC’ and the amazing staff of Parker-Chase came together to create an immersive and beautiful campground scene. The kids loved pretending to fish, making s’mores around the campfire, and sitting in the cozy tent. What an amazing example of teamwork and dedication!

We wrapped up the week on Friday with a school-wide picnic and carnival! It was so special to see our kids, families, and alumni enjoying the magic of Parker-Chase. Overall, it was an awesome week. We would like to give a HUGE thank you to all the staff, families, and alumni who truly helped us create the magic of childhood.

What an incredible day at our Annual Zoo Day! 🐾☀️

From the moment we arrived, there were animals everywhere—roaming, exploring, and sparking so much curiosity and excitement for our students. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, making it the ideal day to be outside, learning and laughing together.

One of the best parts? Seeing so many of our Parker-Chase Carrollton families enjoying time together in a fun, relaxed setting beyond the classroom. These are the moments that truly bring our community to life!
