UWG University Social Club Faculty and staff gather regularly to enjoy dinners, picnics and field trips. That means fun, good company and great conversation. Are you new on campus?

Have you been here for many years but still do not know too many people outside of your department and college? Do you want to get to know faculty and staff from other departments? Or do you simply want to wind down on a Thursday afternoon to enjoy delicious food and good beverages? Please join the University Club.

General information

The club has two rules: 1. No shop talk at gatherings. 2. Have fun. Members meet regularly for lunches, dinners, picnics and other outings. Upcoming gatherings: - Sept. 20: Taste of Carrollton, 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Meet on Adamson Square between The Irish Pub and Farmers’ Fresh CSA - Oct. 4: Support Run for UWG, 5 to 7 p.m. Meet at Athletics Office Building – Parking Lot B. Picnic on the Green Space with your loved ones. - Oct. 18: Tailgate with UWG. UWG vs . UNA Football game kickoff @ 7:30 p.m. - Nov 1: BBQ and Blues: Sam’s BBQ in Adamson Square - Nov 15: UWG Social Gathering Holiday Party @ American Pie. Family Fun with Pizza and Games from 5 - 7 p.m.
