Synergy Martial Arts Synergy Martial Arts is an independently owned and operated Taekwondo school. We offer programs for children, teens, and adults.

Taekwondo is a powerful and exciting martial art known for its dynamic kicking and hand techniques. Students and enthusiasts of Taekwondo have many reasons for their interest. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training, others seek to add discipline and self-control to their lives, while still others are concerned about safety and self defense. We offer a variety of

programs for both children and adults in Carrollton, Texas. "Karate Kids"
For children, we have developed an internationally-recognized program based on traditional Taekwondo called Karate Kids, focused on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills. The building blocks for our system are life skill themes such as Goals, Self-Control, Confidence and Respect. "Little Dragons"
The Taekwondo for Little Dragons program is specifically for ages 3 1/2 through 6, offering young children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as Courtesy, Respect, Focus, and Discipline.
