Summer food schedule changed to Mondays, Wednesdays

Carrollton, Ky. - June 8, 2020 - Starting Monday, June 8, food will be distributed in the Carroll County School District on Mondays and Wednesdays only.

On Mondays, students will receive two breakfasts and two lunches. On Wednesdays, students will receive three breakfasts and three lunches.

The meal pickup process will be non-contact, and all district employees will be wearing masks for safety.

Meals are distributed from Carroll County High School from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Dear Families,
The attached picture explains the Pandemic-EBT funding for your family. There was a glitch in the system and as of today, the children enrolled in Early Head Start/Head Start who do not have Medicaid and/or Snap will be denied. The Kentucky Department of Agriculture, Food Service division has been contacted and they are working hard to fix the issue. All families are welcome to call the center @ 732.7016 and we will give you your child’s student ID number. You can apply now through June 30th, but please know that it will more than likely say denied until next week. We have been advised to try next Thursday and all students should then be accepted. We will provide another update next week when we receive confirmation. Thank you for your patience!

Welcome to Online Registration for the 2020-2021 School Year!

We are excited to announce the new online registration process for our district, beginning with the 2020-2021 school year! The online registration process will walk you through a series of steps to enter or confirm information about your student(s), parents/guardians, and emergency contacts.

Before you begin, please gather the following:

· Household information: Addresses and phone numbers

· Parent/Guardian information: Work and cell phone numbers, email addresses

· Student information: Demographic and health/medication information

· Emergency contacts: Phone numbers

May 26 food distribution — Summer schedule begins June 1

Food will not be distributed in the Carroll County School District on Memorial Day, May 25. Tuesday, May 26, is the final day of food distribution before the summer schedule begins on June 1. During the summer, food will be distributed from Carroll County High School only.

Hey everyone! This is Ms. Maressa. I will NOT be making food/snack deliveries tomorrow. You can still pickup at the high school from 11am to 1pm. Just drive up to the front of the doors and tell them how many are in your family.
