It’s a busy weekend around here, but we are so thankful that a couple of our board members could take the morning to attend the CFB ISD Council PTA Blast Off rally! Gwen and Christina will be attending trainings and meeting local vendors. The knowledge they will bring back to the board is integral to setting our year off on the right foot. Thank you, ladies!

🍎 Did you know the “T” in PTA stands for Teacher? And we truly couldn’t do what we do without the incredible teachers and staff who pour so much heart and dedication into Kent! ❤️

We’re working toward Year 5 of earning the Golden Apple Award from Texas PTA—and we’re well on our way! 🎉 One of the ways we qualify is by having 100% of our Kent staff join PTA, and we’re so excited to see that number climbing!

This week, our teacher members received their PTA lanyards and a special badge for their doors as a fun way to show their Kent PTA pride! 🍎✨

We can’t wait to reach 100% and celebrate this amazing milestone together!

Helpings Hands needed!

Are you available for an hour or two after drop off on Tuesday mornings? Come be a part of Tuesday Helping Hands! This team provides direct support to our teachers by making copies, laminating, cutting, and prepping materials for classroom use each week. They are lifesavers! We would love to have you be apart of the team.
