The Rosemeade Elementary School PTA is dedicated to providing educational enrichment activities and character-building opportunities our students, as well as opportunities for all Rosemeade families to partner with our teachers and staff to promote the objectives of our local PTA group. It truly takes a village to raise a child and we hope you will join us in making your student’s home away from h
ome the best it can be. What does volunteering mean for your child? The Rosemeade PTA organizes the efforts of our hard-working, dedicated volunteers. Join us as volunteer in implementing school programs, helping out in your child’s classroom, chaperoning a PTA-funded field trip and much more! More than 85 research studies conducted over the past 30 years prove that kids do better when parents are involved. Grades are higher. Test scores improve. Attendance increases. And – it means so much to your child when you get involved, even if it is only for an hour or two throughout the school year! How does the Rosemeade PTA help boost your child’s well-being? The Rosemeade PTAs focuses on what students need to be successful in their learning environment – this includes things like nutrition, health, school safety, physical fitness and general well-being. Our PTA works with the school to ensure that children have the opportunity to participate in programs that enhance their already exceptional learning experience while at Rosemeade. How can you stay informed about what is going on? The Rosemeade PTA coordinates the school newsletter, directory and online signup forms, keeping the entire school community informed of current events, issues and accomplishments. In addition to conducting regular PTA meetings, your Rosemeade PTA keeps you up to date with our FaceBook page – www.facebook.com/RosemeadePTA. We want every Rosemeade student to have representation in our PTA membership! PTA meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm
