(Industry Careers in Entertainment) Pro Artist Development Training is an economically affordable intensive program designed to train, mentor & prepare artists (under the age of 18) primarily focusing on a career in the music entertainment industry. Our program is designed to mentally and physically prepare an artist, in all aspects of the entertainment industry. Because our program focuses on dev

eloping well-rounded artists, we offer extended training resources in acting, modeling, dancing, song-writing, playing instruments, theater, and much more. Artist training will consist of all areas of music including, but not limited to: stage presence, individual & group choreography, staging shows, working with back up dancers, and it will even cover knowledge artists need--from knowing the importance of wardrobe selection to proper slating and commentary. We also provide our artists with extended resources and optional training in vocal coaching, song-writing, instrument training, stylization, as well as industry experience opportunities such as management consulting and entertainment industry consulting. Our ICE Program is advantageous to the artist because not only will they train in an intensive prep program, but while they are training, we book them shows and they perform all over the DFW Metroplex so they are training and getting the performance experience needed, to add to their professional resume. We provide the artists with numerous opportunities to gain the experience such as performing live on-stage, in front of audiences, working on-set shooting concept videos, recording cover songs and/or original songs in a studio setting, and our professionals even work with the artist on the importance of knowing their own unique style, genre of music, individuality, and even help with styling costumes/wardrobe selection. This is the LAST CALL FOR AUDITION SUBMISSIONS for the upcoming program season! We are only considering 1-2 more artists to add to this upcoming season. If you're interested in auditioning for consideration into the ICE Pro Artist Development Season 2.0, please submit accordingly:

Email audition submission to: [email protected] and include the following:

1. Video link (using via YouTube, Dropbox, etc.) telling us about yourself, tell us why you want to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, and last, include a full performance to any song of your choice. (Performance must last 2 minutes)

2. Headshot & Resume or an EPK/Press Kit with your industry experience and previous training experience.

Not only do all artists train in an Elite Artist Development Training Program, but we book our Artists more than enough Live Shows & Live Performance Experience Opportunities. We take it one step further & we offer Artists Entertainment/Career Management Consulting options, and once we feel you're ready for L.A., we even help you with the opportunity to find a possible professional career in the Music & Entertainment Industry! We are not a music school! We are not a dance studio! We are ARTIST DEVELOPMENT! We help groom talent and turn them nto industry working, professionals & celebrities!

Our ICE Pro Artists Season 2.0 is officially in full swing! We have already booked over half of our available show dates for the entire September-July Artist Development Season. Our artists will get even more experience & opportunities this upcoming season (ICE Pro Artists averaged 4 shows per month, last season). We've partnered up with new industry professionals, created new training & development initiatives & we're implementing a new written curriculum allowing artists to take their career to the next level. And, stay tuned because we'll be sharing lots of exciting news about our former & current ICE Pro Artists.
