Remember the name….. Cade Spencer! 😎

Cade was crowned the Alabama HOSA State Champion in Medical Assisting in February🥇, earning the opportunity to go represent our state & school @ the HOSA International Leadership Conference in Indianapolis! ⭐️

Cade advanced to the 2nd round @ ILC, placing among the top 30 students from around the world in the Medical Assisting competitive event which consists of a written exam & a skills check off event! 💯

We are so incredibly proud of the hard work, determination, and professionalism Cade exemplifies and represented our state, our school, & our health science program with @ the International level! 🏅

While in Indy, we took the opportunity to check off many of the Top 10 things to do & we can honestly say— we conquered Indy! 😎 We are so thankful for the memories made & the goals accomplished by Cade as he officially closes out his high school HOSA journey.

Troy University is getting one of the best future health professionals and a phenomenal young man who will be an asset to all those around him & a positive difference maker in healthcare! 💯❤️

🌟We are so incredibly proud to recognize 7 of our upcoming seniors who are the first EVER group of students @ P4C to become Nursing Support Technicians, Certified (NST-C). This credential is established by the Alabama Board of Nursing & our 7 students were among the first 60 in the state to successfully complete the course & pass the certification! 🏅

Throughout the spring semester, this group demonstrated exceptional dedication, hard work, and professionalism as they successfully completed coursework and hands-on skills lab training! They have established a new standard of excellence within our Health Science program and have paved the way for future students who aspire to pursue careers in healthcare! 📚 💻 💉 🩸

We are so incredibly thankful for our partnership with Bevill State, ACCS Skills for Success, & the Alabama Board of Nursing who made this possible for our students! We also want to thank Mr. Fair & Mrs. Wiggins for being willing to let our program implement this & work with our kids to make it possible! 😎

Congratulations to Montana Ponds, a sophmore @ PCHS in our MAT Program, on being accepted into Baptist’s CRASH Course Health Care Camp at Baptist Memorial Hospital! This incredible opportunity gives students a real-world look into health care through hands-on experiences, patient care basics, observing procedures, and learning alongside health care professionals. We are so proud of your hard work and excited for all you will learn this summer!

We are so incredibly proud of ALL of our seniors who have represented our health science program, our community, & our school with hard work, integrity, and compassion! 🫀🩺💉🩻

Our 15 MAT students obtained a Short Term Certificate from BSCC in Medical Assistant Technology & also obtained a 100% pass rate on the National Healthcare Association Certified Clinical Medical Assistant exam!

Our 20 PCT students completed the ACCS Skills for Success Community Health Certification & all eligible for the National Healthcare Association Patient Care Technician exam obtained 100% pass rate as well!

Such a special group of seniors who will absolutely make a positive difference in the lives of others, no matter where their next steps take them! 🧡🏆
