Attention incoming freshman-now senior parents! We will have our final Booster Board meeting for this school year tomorrow evening at 5:30 in the band hall. If you are interested and able to take over an open position please be there so we can vote you in!

Open positions are the following:
*President-voting member, heads up Board meetings, assists directors to plan out events, assists with any additional tasks needed by directors, help other Board members with duties needing to be done
*Volunteers & memberships- voting member,, sets up volunteer sign up for marching shows/contests/band events & gets lineups sorted out, take membership forms and get with spirit wear to distribute swag associated with memberships, any additional tasks needed
*Fundraising- voting member, sets up spirit nights and any fundraising opportunities throughout the school year, any additional tasks needed
*Secretary- voting member, keeps minutes at Board meetings, sends reminders about upcoming meetings, any additional tasks needed

Hey Band! Come out and enjoy an evening with us at Pinstack!

When: Friday, October 29th from 5 - 9PM
Where: Pinstack Las Colinas - 2750 W. IH 635 Irving, TX 75063

Cost: $30 - This will cover "The Perfect Game" package which includes a private room for 1hr, bowling and shoes for 1.5 hrs, unlimited video games and attractions for the entirety of your stay, a player card with 40 points, choice of pizza, and unlimited soft drinks.
