Reflexology is fascinating to me and don’t hear enough people talking about it so I thought I would leave a snapshot of how it works. Applying essential oils to the soles of our feet can be a gentle but effective way to reap the benefits. This allows you to target where exactly to apply them.

Reflexology is based on the principle that the foot has “reflex” points that correspond to the various structures and organs throughout the body. Therefore, different pressure points can help support different ailments.
