Congrats to Stacy, June, and Jordan on doing well at a Karate Tournament in the Detroit Area early today. The 3 of them did team forms, taking second place. Stacy took 3rd in Adult Black belt Forms. June took 2nd in teen black belt forms, then won over all Grand Champion. Jordan took 2nd in advance children's forms and took Grand Champion in the children's division. It's awesome to see a mom and her 2 daughters compete together. The three train at Che Ko Taekwondo Academy. Never stop training. Chekomartialarts.com

2008 AAU Nationals, 18 years ago. Master Demers, Master Garcia, and I all placed in the 18-32 year old Black belt Division. I took 🥇🥈, Demers took 🥈 and Garcia 🥉🥉. This is a testimony on the types of Athletes we have produced over the last couple decades. It continues to this day.
