Our Veteran's Day Assembly will be on Wednesday, November 11th at 9:00 am in the Multipurpose Building. Breakfast will be provided by our FFA for all veterans at 8:30. The elementary classes will be performing songs to honor and thank our veterans. Please join us in showing our gratitude to our veterans for their service.

Parents - if you have a family member that is a veteran and you would like them to be added to our slideshow, please email a photo with their name, branch and what student they are a family member of to [email protected]. If you have previously sent us a photo, it is already included and there is no need to send another one. Please have all photos emailed no later than November 2nd.

Congratulations to the Carney FFA Dairy Cattle Judging teams on an outstanding performance at the Heart of America Dairy Judging Contest! Both teams brought home top honors, placing 1st and 2nd overall, with several members earning individual recognition.

Welcome to The Bulldog Family!!

Meet Our Principal- Katy Lauerman

I am so excited to begin this new chapter as Carney’s Elementary School Principal! With 25 years in education, I have been fortunate to work alongside wonderful students, families, and educators throughout my career at Cushing Public Schools, Central Technology Center, and Epic Charter Schools.

I am a proud mom of three children, two daughters and a son, and a very proud grandmother to five grandchildren. When I’m not at school, you can often find me cycling, hiking, or simply spending time out doors.

I am looking forward to getting to know the students, staff, and families of Carney Elementary and becoming part of this community. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve Carney Public Schools and can’t wait to see what we accomplish together. Go Bulldogs!

The 5th & 6th Conference Basketball Tournament begins next Monday. Some of the opening games will be played at Carney. The final games will be played at Mulhall. Schedule is attached.
