May 12 was chosen in memory of Maryam Mirzakhani, the first woman to win the Fields Medal (2014), for her groundbreaking work in geometry and topology.

Books are disappearing from classrooms at a breakneck pace. Children are presented with online resources but don't have the skills to access content. A "glossary" search for a missing term will result in the answer to that particular question but will fail to provide the necessary context the term is used in. Let me help to provide the missing connections and skills. At the beginning of the school year my calendar is wide open online and in person!
