Safe Falling for Seniors course up-date!!
Sign up at the EQT Rec Center, Waynesburg, PA before October 13, 2026. First class starts Tuesday October 13 at 4pm.
Cost is $50/month or $150 for the entire 12 week course.

The regional US Kata Championships are developmental tournaments for athletes and judges to foster a more complete knowledge and practice of judo as designed and intended by Dr. Jigoro Kano. Eastern Kata Championship is a point tournament for the USA kata athlete roster.
