We are grateful to Gracepoint SDA Church for investing in the spiritual growth of our students. It is a blessing to partner with areas churches! 🙏🏽❤️

This special weekend will bring youth together for worship, fellowship, shared meals, and meaningful community outreach – all centered on the hope and purpose we find in Jesus. ✨

The rally begins Friday, August 28, at 7:30 p.m. and continues throughout Sabbath, August 29. Thank you, Gracepoint, for creating a welcoming space where young people can connect with Christ, serve others, and grow together in faith. 🕊️

For years, Beals Point Vespers has marked the beginning of a new school year at SAA! 🌅❤️ Generations of students, families, and staff 👩🏼‍🏫🧑🏾‍🏫 have gathered by Folsom Lake to play together 🏐🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️, share a meal 🌭🍉, reconnect with friends 🤝🏽💬, and worship as one school family 🙏🏻🙏🏽🎶

Community is built in moments like these – through laughter 😄, conversation 🗣️, food 🍽️, faith ✝️, and time spent together 💛.

Along the way, we strengthen meaningful relationships and encourage the positive citizenship that helps every member of our community feel welcomed, valued, and connected 🫶🏾🫶🏿.

Early Morning Breakfast (EMB) returns to SAA for another year! For more than 40 years EMB has been a start-of-year tradition for high schoolers. 👧🏽🧒🏻👦🏿👧🏼🧑🏾

EMB kicks off with students getting to know one another, then moves to an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast 🥞🥞🥞, before closing with classes competing against one another in classic games like tug-o-war 💪🏿 🤼‍♀️ and the class cheer! 💃🏼🙅🏽‍♂️🌟

This wonderful tradition wouldn’t be possible without the steady and consistent efforts of our Student Association Officers! 🧑🏽‍⚖️👩🏻‍⚖️ Shoutout to each student-leader for embracing our school’s mission of service to others, for building meaningful relationships with their peers, and for creating a fun and healthy school culture. ❤️🙌🏽👏🏾

How did we get here so quickly? 🥹❤️ Today we are throwing it back to celebrate the Senior Class of 2027 by looking back at their years at SAA.

From preschool smiles, to tiny backpacks, and first friendships…to the confident, talented, and remarkable young people they are today. 🎒📚✨ It feels like just yesterday they were beginning their school journey, and now, they’re preparing to walk onto campus as SAA’s newest senior class! 🎓

Watching the Class of 2027 grow has been a gift! We are so proud of who they have become, grateful for every memory along the way, and excited for all that awaits them in their final year of high school! ❤️

With nearly 50 students – SAA’s largest class in 20+ years – and journeys at SAA that range from one year to 15 years, it’s impossible to include them all today. Thankfully, we have a year to celebrate each of them!

Here’s to our incoming seniors and one unforgettable year ahead! 🥳🙌🎓

What happens on campus during the summer? ☀️🏫

Our team has been busy sudsing, scrubbing, squeegeeing, and resurfacing classrooms and halls and let’s just say the 7th-grade homeroom stood out… 😅🫧🧽 Apparently, a full school year of middle schoolers leaves more than memories behind! 👀

Of course there’s a reason we put so much care into getting every classroom ready. ❤️We are so proud of our students and we can’t wait to welcome them back to a classroom that shines as brightly as they do! 🌟 From Art to Music to Athletics, this group is special! 🎨🎶📚🏀

📚✨ While July feels like summer break for most students, it's one of the most exciting months for our AP students because AP exam scores are finally released!

As we celebrate this year's AP results, we're also taking a moment to recognize an incredible achievement – SAA was named an AP Honor Roll Platinum School in 2025-2026 – the highest school distinction awarded by College Board. 🏆

This marks the second time in the last three years that SAA has earned this recognition, reflecting our commitment to academic achievement and a culture where students are challenged and supported.

🎉 Congratulations to our outstanding students, dedicated teachers, and supportive families for making this achievement possible.

☀️🤸 We know it's summer but things are still hopping at SAA! Our Summer Day Camp campers just got back from a field trip to Rebounderz!

Every week brings a new adventure for Summer Day Camp! From trips to the pool to games on campus, our campers are keeping the energy high while building friendships and making memories that will last a lifetime. 🫶🌟
