Join us at Charles Peck Elementary on Thursday, September 3 for an evening of connection, information, and community resources!

Schedule
🔹 5:00–5:30 PM — ELAC Meeting | Room 8
🔹 5:30–6:00 PM — 4th & 5th Grade Classrooms
🔹 6:00–6:15 PM — Principal & Title I Meeting (MP Room) | All Families
🔹 6:15–6:45 PM — TK–3rd Grade Classrooms

🤝 Community Resource Event | 5:00–7:00 PM
Come before or stay after your scheduled classroom time to connect with community partners and learn about programs and resources available to Charles Peck families.

We love seeing our Panthers biking and scooting to school! 💙

To help keep everything safe and organized, please remind your student to park their bike or scooter at the designated bike rack on the lower-grade blacktop (by the MP Room) when they arrive.

🔒 Families who would like bikes or scooters secured should send a lock with their student, as the school does not provide locks.

⚡ E-Bike Reminder: At the elementary level, only Class I (Pedal-Assist) e-bikes are permitted. All other forms of e-transportation are not allowed per district policy.

⛑️ Safety first! Please remind your student to always wear a properly fitted helmet when riding a bike, scooter, or permitted e-bike.

💙 A Big Thank You to the Kiwanis Club of Carmichael! 💙

With tremendous gratitude, Charles Peck Elementary would like to thank the Kiwanis Club of Carmichael for awarding our school a Community Impact Grant!

Thanks to their generous support, we were able to replace our outdated projector and projection screen in our Multipurpose Room with new equipment that our entire school community can enjoy.

This upgrade will help transform our Multipurpose Room into an even better gathering space for student learning, assemblies, performances, celebrations, family events, presentations, awards, and other special schoolwide activities throughout the year.

We are incredibly grateful to the Kiwanis Club of Carmichael for investing in our students and helping create opportunities that bring our Panthers together. 🐾💙

Thank you to all of our Panther families who joined us for Meet the Teacher today! It was wonderful seeing so many familiar faces, welcoming new families, and sharing in the excitement of a brand-new school year.

We’re excited to introduce the amazing team that will be supporting, encouraging, and cheering on our Panthers throughout the 2026–2027 school year!

🐾 REMINDER, PANTHERS! Meet the Teacher is TOMORROW! 💙🤍

Join us Wednesday, August 12, from 9:00–10:00 AM for our Meet the Teacher event!

Come meet your classroom teacher, say hello to friends, and receive important information to help kick off an amazing school year.

📚 Classroom visits are available for TK and Kindergarten only. Our teachers are busy putting the finishing touches on their classrooms so everything is ready for the first day of school!

🐾 And rumor has it Patrick the Panther may make a special appearance… and you know Patrick never turns down a photo with our Panthers!

⏰ Please arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. The event ends promptly at 10:00 AM, as teachers have scheduled meetings and other school responsibilities immediately afterward. We are unable to accommodate families who arrive after the event has ended.

We can’t wait to see our Panther families tomorrow and kick off another fantastic year at Charles Peck! 💙🤍🐾
