Innovation often starts by asking a simple question: Why does it have to work this way? Jesuit Sacramento alumnus Jordan Thomas ’07, a practicing dentist and entrepreneur, recently launched Dental Passport, a technology platform designed to give patients ownership of their dental records and make them accessible across dental practices around the world.

Built through his company, Intake Dental, the platform allows patients to carry their dental history electronically on their phone, helping improve continuity of care while simplifying the patient experience.

While continuing to practice dentistry, Dr. Thomas is helping transform how dental records are shared and managed, proving that innovation can begin with solving everyday challenges.
