We are asking each Carmelo family to sell (or buy) a minimum of 5 tickets.

Please fill out tickets completely--be sure to mark which package drawing to enter! Submit purchased tickets, money, and unused tickets to Stacie in the Carmelo office. For every five tickets sold, you get a free ticket to add to the package of your choice!

There are a record 7 baskets - the Wine and Dine Baskets are a write in, so make sure and write it in if that's the one you want. We will draw 2 lucky people to win one of the two baskets in this group. You do not need to choose one.

Please bring your dish no later than 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
Label all dishes and serving utensils. Include heating instructions, if necessary.
Please take your dish with you when you depart after the feast.

2015 Trike-a-Thon Auction Items 10/23/2015

This year we are posting our auction items on Facebook so people can get a sneak peek at all the great things we have. More will be added as we get them. You can come in person the day of the Trike-a-Thon (October 23rd - Friday) OR this year you can place your MAX BID via email ([email protected]). Simply email in the MOST you are willing to pay and the item number and description. You will receive back a confirmation (you bid is not placed unless you get a confirmation). You will then be notified if you win the item. You can also see Kathy Lockwood day of to place your MAX BID on an item if you need to leave. Auction closes at 12:30pm
