Beginning as a school assignment to becoming a family-operated business, we care about supplying authentic honey and educating everyone along the way.

It all started from a 5th grade homework assignment to create a website. Not only did Jake get an A, he discovered a passion for sharing his knowledge about bees -- this is what inspired him to found the Carmel Honey Company.
