Paid our last respects to a good man today. Rob Newman you will be missed. Great to catch up with some good people. Life is short folks, hug those around you, ask for help if you need it. Please never be ashamed to admit when you need to call someone to talk about your feelings. I am sure many would answer that call for you. Just ask.
