Please join us for our first PTO General Meeting of the season!  We are excited to welcome our superintendent, Dr. Ostreich, as our featured speaker!   Dr. Ostreich will share important district-wide updates and answer questions about what’s ahead for our schools this year.
Along with the superintendent’s presentation, we’ll share quick updates on our Champions of Clay fundraiser, upcoming events, and ways you can get involved.

Clay is currently looking for a Permanent Building Substitute Teacher to join our school community!

This could be a great opportunity for a Clay parent or community member who would enjoy working in the school while following the same schedule as their student.

❤️ No educational background is necessary! We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable
• Organized
• Enjoys working with middle school students

This is an hourly paid position, and Clay is hoping to fill it soon!

Today we’re shining the spotlight on Liana Giles from 8-3 Visionaries! ❤️

After nearly 20 years at Clay, Mrs. Giles says her favorite part is the fantastic families and supportive staff who make Clay such a special community. And a fun fact you might not know: she was on her college dance team!

📣 Clay Spirit Wear Update!

If you placed a first-batch spirit wear order, orders are expected to be ready around September 21.

📞 Families will be contacted the week of September 21 when orders are ready for pickup.

Pickup Information:
❤️ Preferred pickup hours are 3:00–6:00 p.m.
🖤 The extended 6:00 p.m. pickup time is available during September only.

The same timeline applies to orders being picked up in bulk by the PTO for distribution at Clay, as well as orders that selected direct shipping.
