A soul-nourishing quote from
"The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" by C. S. Lewis
Follow the story of four British children forced from their city home during World War Il and sent to live with an old professor in the country. In a magical world discovered through the upstairs wardrobe, the children learn the value of bravery, ownership, and love from a lion with a familiar face. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is a story that grows with the reader.

The pursuit of truth requires self-denial, courage, and perseverance.
Truth is neither relative nor personal; absolute truth is found in Christ alone.

As homeschool parents, we often try to get it all done, but let's be honest for a moment—we cannot! There are not enough hours in a day for a single person to do all that can possibly be done.
However, there are exactly enough hours in a day for the things that matter most.
Sometimes playing with the littles will take precedence over dishes, being present for a lightbulb moment with your 10-year-old will mean not folding the laundry quite yet, or a deep conversation with your teenager will mean a change to your dinner plans.
It's easy to slip into the mindset of just getting things done and checking to-dos off your daily schedule. Pray for the discernment to know what to prioritize, for the wisdom to know when to abandon your own plans, and for the faith to trust that God's grace is sufficient for you.
This is a season. Enjoy the journey, embrace the chaos, live in the moment, and have peace that God is working all things for the good of those who love Him.
