Before we head into summer mode, please check out a volunteer opportunity for the 26/27 school year! Planning for Mane Bash 2027 will be starting soon, and we need your help!

We are looking for volunteers to join our auction committee and help make next year’s event spectacular. There are a variety of roles available, with opportunities to help throughout the year and from home on your own schedule.

Please take a look at the available committee positions and consider joining us for our biggest fundraiser of the year! Your support truly helps make this event a success for our school community.

Tomorrow is the big day, Lions! We love finishing out the school year with a favorite Woodbrook tradition - the Talent Show!! Can’t wait to see the students showing off their amazing talents. Tomorrow (Friday) 5/22 at 8:15am!

Tropical Snow Dine-to-Donate: Get ready to celebrate the last week of school with a special trip to Tropical Sno at 452 E. Carmel Drive for our last Dine-to-Donate of the school year! Tuesday, May 19th from 3-9pm. Cool down with a refreshing cold treat while you hang with Woodbrook friends. Don’t forget to mention WBE when you order!

Talent Show Dress Rehearsal: Thursday, May 21st from 2:30-5pm

Talent Show Day: Friday, May 22nd from 8:15–10:00am

Ready to share some of your skills, time, and a willingness to help with the PTO for next school year?! We have our list of open PTO event director and executive board roles ready and hope to find some additional amazing parents to help out next year. Use the link below to access our Google Form with a short description explaining each of the open roles. Please take a look and note any specific roles you're interested in. You can also note whether you'd like to be included on our general volunteer outreach list for needs that may arise throughout the school year. If you're interested in splitting a role with a buddy, please note this on your form. The more, the merrier!!

We are EXTRA grateful for our teachers!! Emily Kimes, our Early Ed Speech Therapist, was gracious enough to provide our teachers with donated coffee from Bovaconti and donuts from Fire Dawgs Junk Removal!!
