Family,

Looking back at where we were a year ago, I’m reminded of how much we’ve evolved.

One year ago, on Day 16, the message was: "No Looking Back." It was about pushing through the mud, moving even when you feel empty, and finding results through pure grit. That intensity built the foundation. It proved we aren't quitters.

But today is different. I’m sitting here with ice on my hip, slowing down whether I like it or not. And that brings a new, powerful lesson: "Slow Down, Stay In It."

Progress doesn’t only happen when you’re pushing hard. It also happens when you pause, breathe, and recover. Honoring the moment you’re in isn't weakness—it’s the wisdom to ensure you have the strength to keep going tomorrow.

The Lesson: The Rhythm of Resilience

Resilience isn't just a straight line of relentless effort; it’s a cycle.

The Push: The gritty phase where we build momentum and break barriers.

The Pause: The strategic phase where we ensure our structural integrity and trust the process.

We are still built for this. A year ago, we proved we could endure the storm. Today, we are learning how to navigate it with intentionality. If you need to slow down today, do it wisely. Lift your head gently and remind yourself: "I’m still in it."

That is enough for today.

Love always,

— Bro Dave

P.S. For those who don't know the full story, I'm sharing this from a place of deep gratitude. I am in remission from a terminal illness and it's been just one year since my full hip replacement. I've been so focused on going, helping, and serving that I haven't slowed down much, but I've also been undergoing neck procedures with surgery coming up in a couple of weeks. Isn't it amazing how we can keep moving forward through it all? Thank you for being on this journey with me.

🎁 A Little Gift For You — Your “Right Here, Right Now” Reset

No app. No tools. No perfect setting.

Just you… right where you are.

Let’s do this together 👇

✨ Step 1: Arrive (30 seconds)Pause.

Drop your shoulders just a bit.

Take a slow breath in…and out…

Do that 3 times.

“You’re allowed to slow down.”

✨ Step 2: Look Around (1 minute)Find 3 things you can appreciate right now.

👀 Maybe it’s the light🪑 The chair you’re in🌿 A quiet moment

Don’t rush it… actually feel it.

“What you notice… grows.”

✨ Step 3: Check In (1 minute)Close your eyes if you can.

Ask yourself:

👉 “What do I feel right now?”

No fixing. No judging.

Just notice.

“Awareness is where change begins.”

✨ Step 4: Release (1–2 minutes)With every exhale…

let go of a little tension.

With every inhale…

bring in calm.

Not all at once.

Just a little at a time.

“You don’t have to carry it all.”

✨ Step 5: Choose (30 seconds)Say quietly to yourself:

👉 “I choose to feel steady, clear, and okay right now.”

Let it land.

No force.

“What you choose… shapes what you feel.”

💬 Now your turn:

Drop a comment with ONE word for how you feel after this 👇(Or a photo of your space right now 📸)

Let’s feel this together.

This is yours to keep.Use it anytime.

Because everything you need…

is already with you.

Something special is happening here…

Not loud.Not forced.But real.

More like-minded people are finding their way into this space—and you can feel it.

This isn’t just another page.

This is a place where:

People slow down…People think for themselves…People start feeling again…

And something begins to shift.

We’re not here to impress.

We’re here to:

✔ grow✔ learn✔ help each other✔ and show up honestly

What makes this powerful isn’t me.

It’s us.

People who:

are done pretending

are ready for real change

are willing to look within

and are choosing to help others along the way

Because here’s the truth…

When one person shares something real—it gives another person permission to do the same.

And that’s how this grows.

No pressure.No perfection.

Just real people…building something meaningful together.

💬 If you’re here, say hello📸 Share something about your journey🌱 Tell us what you’re working on or stepping into

Let’s make this a place where:

People feel seenPeople feel supportedAnd people leave stronger than they came

This is just the beginning.

And I’m glad you’re here.

Some stories don’t just stay with you—they shape the very ground you walk on.

📍 1977 — Yosemite.
I was just a kid in a Cub Scout uniform. But that day, I carried something heavier than a pack. I carried a "knowing."

Hikers were missing. The weather was turning sharp. Time was a luxury we didn't have. I watched the adults—the experts—searching with uncertainty in their eyes.

My gut told me: “They’re not where you’re looking.”

I didn’t argue. I didn’t guess. I mapped it out:

The shift in the wind.

The ticking clock.

The logic of the terrain.

Convincing grown men to follow a child was the hardest part. But one man looked at me and said, “He’s right.”

When we found them, I was the only one small enough to reach them. I went in. We stayed steady. 15 hours later, everyone was safe.

That day taught me the code I live by:
👉 Trust what you feel.
👉 Stay grounded when others panic.
👉 See what others can't see yet.

There is a direction inside you, too. A "next step" that doesn't need permission from the world.

💬 Have you ever had a moment where you just knew... and you were right? 📸 If you’re stepping into something new today, post a photo. Let’s see it. We grow stronger together.

Let me ask you something… Not what you think… Not what you’re trying to figure out… But right now… Do you feel anything?

See, most people don’t feel lost because they lack answers. They feel lost because they’ve stopped feeling. They stay busy. They over-analyze. They try to solve their entire existence inside their own heads.

But underneath all that activity? There’s tension. There’s pressure. Sometimes… there’s just a dull numbness. And instead of sitting with it, they try to think their way out of it.

But here is the truth: You don’t reconnect by figuring everything out. You reconnect by feeling again.

So, stop asking the heavy questions. Stop asking, "What’s wrong with me?" or "Why am I stuck?" Ask something simpler: "What am I feeling right now?"

And don't analyze it. Don't label it. Just notice it. Maybe it’s a tightness in your chest. Maybe it’s a weight in your stomach. Maybe it’s a quiet calm you didn’t even realize was there.

Whatever it is… just stay with it.

The moment you start feeling again, you aren't lost anymore. You’re present. And from that place? Clarity doesn't have to be forced. It doesn't have to be rushed. It just returns… naturally.

I’ve been living this myself over the last few days. Not trying to control the outcome—just staying connected to what’s real, right here, right now.

So today, don’t try to solve your whole life. Just come back to this: Do I feel anything? Stay there for a moment. That’s where it begins.

Learning About Creation

In the modern world, there are many ways to learn, and the best approach can vary depending on the individual's preferences and goals. Some popular methods of learning include:

Online courses and tutorials: The internet provides a wealth of information and resources, including online courses and tutorials on a wide range of topics. These can be accessed from anywhere and at any time, making them convenient for busy schedules.

Traditional classroom learning: This is still a popular way of learning for many people. In-person learning provides the opportunity for face-to-face interaction with teachers and other students, which can enhance the learning experience.

Self-directed learning: Some people prefer to learn on their own through reading books, watching videos, or experimenting with new ideas and concepts.

Regardless of the method used, it is important to learn about creation because it helps us better understand the world around us. Creation encompasses the origins of the universe, the evolution of life on Earth, and the ways in which humans have shaped their environment. By studying creation, we can gain a deeper appreciation for the complexity and diversity of life, as well as the impact that human actions have on the natural world.

In addition, learning about creation can help us develop critical thinking skills and a scientific mindset. It encourages us to ask questions, explore evidence, and seek out reliable sources of information. This can be especially important in today's world, where misinformation and pseudoscience are prevalent.

Overall, learning about creation is important for both personal enrichment and societal progress. It helps us better understand ourselves and our place in the world, and it can inspire us to work towards a more sustainable and just future.

I really hope you enjoyed this read....

Friend,

Today I want to do something different.

Not another lesson.
Not another step in the series.

I’m going to pull the curtain back for you.

Because a few people have asked me lately:

“Bro Dave… what do you actually say to someone when you first start working with them?”

Not the public version.

Not the simplified teaching.

But the real starting point.

So today…

I’m giving you that.

Exactly as it is.

THIS IS WHAT I TELL A PERSON FIRST:

I want to say something honest before we go into the clearing, because it is different from what most people teach and I think it matters enormously for real results.

Most approaches treat an abundance block as a thought, a limiting belief, something you think, and try to change it through other thoughts: reframing, affirmations, new mental patterns.

These can create real relief at the surface level.

But the relief rarely lasts…

because the block was never really living in thought.

It was living in the body.

In a specific cluster of sensation, usually in the chest, stomach, or throat…

that formed as a response to something that happened early in life…

and then became calcified through repetition into something the body no longer experiences as a response.

It experiences it as reality.

As the way things are.

Why This Changes Everything

Read that again slowly.

Because this is where most people miss it.

They try to think their way out of something that isn’t happening in thought.

So they stay stuck in a loop:

New idea → temporary relief → same feeling returns.

The Work Most People Never Do

The real work…

isn’t forcing new thoughts.

It’s becoming present with what’s already there.

Not fixing it.
Not analyzing it.

Just being with it… without resistance.

What This Requires From You

This is the part that surprises people.

Because it’s not complicated.

But it is different.

It requires one thing:

Presence.

Not effort.
Not control.
Not overthinking.

Just a willingness to stay close to your own experience…

without trying to change it immediately.

Why This Works

Because when you stop fighting the sensation…

you stop reinforcing it.

And when you stay present with it long enough…

the body begins to release what it’s been holding.

Naturally.

This Is the Real Shift

Not surface change.

Not temporary relief.

But something deeper.

Where what once felt “true”…

starts to loosen.

And space opens up.

A Moment for You Today

If you want to feel this for yourself…

try something simple:

Pause.

Close your eyes.

And ask:

“Where do I feel tension right now?”

Don’t fix it.

Don’t label it.

Just notice.

And stay with it… gently.

Even for 30 seconds.

That’s where this begins.

Final Thought

I don’t share everything openly.

But when I do…

it’s because I know someone reading this is ready to understand it differently.

Not just mentally…

but experientially.

This is one of those moments.

Stay with it.

Today I’m just feeling… grateful.

One year in remission.
A brand new hip.
Another surgery on my neck coming soon.

And here I am…

Outside working in the yard.
Building a garden.
Bending, picking things up…
Cooking… doing things I haven’t been able to do for years.

That’s not small to me.

That’s everything.

And it’s why I share what I share.

Not theory.
Not hype.

Just real life… and what actually helps you get through it.

So today I want to give you something simple you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure.

🌿 The “Calm & Assume” Reset (2–3 minutes)
1. Breathe
Stop for a moment.
Take 3 slow breaths — in through your nose… out through your mouth.

2. Notice
Ask yourself quietly:
“What am I feeling right now?”
(No judgment. Just notice.)

3. Choose
Say to yourself:
“I am supported in this moment.”
“I can handle this calmly.”
“I choose clarity.”

4. Assume
For just a moment…
act as if it’s already true.

Feel what it would be like to be calm, supported, and steady — right now.

That’s it.

Simple.

But powerful.

Because your life doesn’t change when everything outside changes…

It starts when you shift what’s happening inside you.I

If this helps you, even a little…

Drop a 🙏 or “CALM” below.

We’re all walking through something…
and we don’t have to do it alone.

Friend,

If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been lately…

or why I haven’t been showing up the same way…

There’s a reason.

And today feels like the right time to share it with you.

The past few weeks have been… real.

Health challenges.
Travel.
Time spent in hospitals.
Being there for people in moments that truly matter.

And when you walk through things like that…

you don’t come back the same.

You slow down.
You reflect.
You see what actually matters.

And today…

is my birthday.

I turned 58.

And I’ll tell you something honestly—

At this stage in life, you stop trying to impress people.

You stop trying to prove something.

You start telling the truth about who you really are.

So here it is.

I’m not just someone who talks about mindset.

I’m someone who has lived through:

- seasons of doubt
- times I couldn’t speak up for myself
- moments where life felt like it was happening to me, not for me

And over the past 40+ years…

I didn’t just study how the mind works…

I lived it.

Tested it.
Failed with it.
Got back up and refined it.

I’ve learned how beliefs are formed…
how they quietly run our lives…
and why so many people feel stuck without understanding why.

And more importantly…

I’ve learned how to change it.

Not with hype.
Not overnight.

But with awareness… consistency… and real-life application.

That’s why I do what I do.

Not to impress anyone.

But to help people see what’s really shaping their life…

and give them a way to actually shift it.

This past stretch reminded me of something deeper though—

When you’re sitting in a hospital…
when you’re attending a funeral…
when you’re showing up for family…

None of the surface things matter.

What matters is:

- how you show up
- how you feel inside
- and whether you’re present when it counts

And even after all these years…

I can tell you this honestly:

I’m still growing.

Still learning.

Still choosing—moment by moment—who I’m going to be.

So if you’re reading this…

I want you to hear something clearly:

You’re not behind.
You’re not stuck.
And it’s not too late.

You don’t need to become someone else.

You just need to start noticing:

- what you believe
- what you feel
- and how you respond each day

That’s where change begins.

So today…

I’m not starting over.

I’m stepping back in.

Clearer.
Calmer.
And more committed than ever.

If you’ve been here with me…

Thank you.

If you’re new…

Welcome.

And if something in this resonates…

Stay close.

We’re just getting started again.

Let’s keep going.
