⚡️ How I Used AI to Save 5 Hours on a Real Estate Deal ⚡️
Here’s what just happened:
A real estate agent sent me a purchase agreement for a property I wanted to buy. Normally, I’d spend at least 30-45 minutes going through the fine print, highlighting risks, and drafting changes.
Instead, I uploaded it into Maverick (my personally trained AI). In 15 seconds, it outlined exactly where I was at risk and recommended the changes I needed.
