This is what virtue-based education at ANA looks like - real voices, true stories and actionable insights challenging cadets to grow.

Shout out to cadet Luke Guzzo Thompson for stepping up to the mic to explain the speaker series and to every virtue talk speaker who takes time to share their story.

Watch the recordings on our website and YouTube channel .

Alumni, if you could give today’s cadets one virtue talk in two minutes, what would you say?

Warriors, this one will take you right back.

Alumnus Cezar Mansour ’84 remembers an Academy mentor telling him, again and again: talent doesn't guarantee success. You can always outwork someone more talented.

So he tested it. When practice ended, he kept going, more reps, more time on the details, treating effort like a strategy, not a mood. Over time, hustle stopped being something he did and became part of who he was.

Listen to the full podcast to hear Cezar reflect on how structure, brotherhood, and staying true to your values can shape your life.

Warriors, this is a big one.

Army and Navy Academy Robotics went undefeated at the Army JROTC San Diego Regional Competition, finishing 7-0 in prelims and 4-0 in finals. The team earned three top awards: Tournament Champion, Robot Skills Champion, and the Innovate Award.

This victory means they head to the Joint JROTC National Competition in Ohio this weekend and also qualifies them for the National VEX V5 Robotics Competition in April.

Congrats to Cohen Lu (Team Captain), Tyler Hansen, Arav Gupta, Ottmar Hung, Jincheng Wang, Nicholas Chestnut, and Ziteng Chen, with coaching support from Colonel Kunak.

If you work in engineering, tech, coding, or robotics, and you want to help the next generation of Warriors, we would love your involvement. Mentorship, sponsorship, and program support all make a difference.
