HONEY to MY HEART
All these feelings I cannot speak to you.
I am too shy. I run and hide.
So I share them in the world ‘s view
Hoping they might reach your eyes
I dare not say these things to you.
But I cannot lock them inside
Perhaps this dream will come true
If you read them at home tonight
So much fantasy.
Where is reality?
Imagine our ecstasy
Throughout Infinity
My heart is bursting for you.
My soul is thirsting for you
My mind, pacing without you
My lips, waiting to crown you
‘What’s your purpose?
How deeply can you love yourself?
Keep breathing. Remember the Light.
Beloved of my heart.
Speak to me.
Show me the way that is pure and just.
Ocean of oceans, I commend Thee’
Spirit spoke those words to me
In my Dance of Radiance
Now I speak them, so you will see
My feminine, heart-song dance
So why should I sleep?
While I feel you awake
There in that space you keep
Beseeching our Love’s fate
Can you speak to me?
On the inner planes?
Once, I heard you breathe
Then some shocking refrain
Mostly, I’m in reverie while I float
Searching the ethers for your voice.
It is like honey for my throat
Honey for my heart, honey for my voice
I cannot sleep. I’m in too deep.
My heart so full of feelings
I cannot sleep. Slumber will not keep
So full of tenderness for healing
Why do you chastise me
When it’s you my lonesome dove
It’s you that keeps me from sleep
Do not chastise me, I am in Love
All these feelings, I cannot speak to you.
So I share them in the world’s view
Per chance that you might read them
And make an angel’s dream come true.
