While we use the first example here there are other alternatives: Tensho 転掌 (ten = turning/revolving, shō = palm) - "revolving hands" or "rotating palms."
Some use this Tensho 天掌 - "heavenly palm" or "heaven's palm".
The video example here is not the standardized kata we teach fyi.

Sanseiru (hidari shiki). Sanseiru in particular is a kata that favors the right side (particularly kicking). The more time one puts in the likelihood of asymmetry development in the body. With countering this in mind I’ve taken to the occasional practice of ‘hidari shiki’ - left side version.

Sumo ranks and meaning (upper division) for those interested (and keeping up with the Aki basho).
1. Yokozuna (横綱): "horizontal rope," after the braided rope worn in ceremonies. Grand champion. Can't be demoted, but is expected to retire if performance slips.
2. Ōzeki (大関): "great barrier." Champion. Usually promoted after roughly 33 wins over three tournaments.
3. Sekiwake (関脇): "beside the barrier." Junior champion.
4. Komusubi (小結): "little knot." The lowest of the "sanyaku" (titled ranks).
5. Maegashira (前頭): "before the head." Rank-and-file top-division wrestlers.
