We had so much fun with our third graders this year. It was a bumpy start to the year, but it ended so well. We had many great adventures and learned so much together. We watched our butterfly chrysalis morph into butterflies, had kite day, and grew a pretty great garden. Recently, we were watching two praying mantis chrysalises, planning to add them to our garden once they hatched. Well, today about 500 hatched. Enjoy your summer! 😊🌱

⚠️ Due to inclement weather TODAY (Monday, 12/12) Carlsbad schools are delayed 2 hours.

🚌Buses will run 2 hours later than their normal time.
Ex: usually arrives at 6:30a will arrive at 8:30a.

⏰School will start promptly at 9:45am. There will be teachers and staff at their normal duty posts in all areas ready to welcome kids. See you in a bit!

Theme day for tomorrow is BLUE OUT in honor of the game tomorrow night. How awesome would it be to see all our future Cavemen at the game wearing their blue and tattoos!!

Friday is typically a Caveman spirit day, and we will not be charging $1 for anyone wearing Caveman gear or blue. Participation is optional for all United Way fundraisers!
