Good afternoon. The CMS district is currently seeking parents who would be willing to participate in an advisory council to help write a district Parent and Family Engagement policy. They would like parent representatives from each campus to serve on this advisory council. Thank you for a fantastic first day back!!!! Just a reminder to check the dismissal map for pick up!! It was great today, and will get even faster now that we know where to go!!!

Drop off in the morning is all in the front (not the same as dismissal)! Please do not drop your student off before 7:25, and please do not drop off on the sides of the building for safety! Thank you for your help!!!!

Can’t wait to see all of our Diamondbacks Monday morning!!! Drop off begins at 7:25!!! Due to student safety, we do not allow parents inside the building at drop off. We will have staff positioned throughout the building to ensure your child makes it to their classroom. Please make sure your child can carry all of their own supplies (even if you need to break it up over a few days)!! See you soon!!!!!

A final reminder before school starts tomorrow!!!!

Don’t forget there are new pick up procedures for Desert Willow car riders and walkers dismissal. If your child is a walker, you will need to obtain a walker pass by calling the office to verify your address. We will not allow any walkers who live more than a mile from the school, and kindergarteners can not walk without an older sibling.

Please see the map for new car pick up procedures. To ensure smooth pick up procedures, please have your P*k My Kid tags ready and visible in your window. If you did not receive your tag, please stop by the office prior to pick up. This will help speed up the dismissal process!
