Hello Carlsbad Community, we need some help!
Our Culinary Management team will be going to nationals and we need to look sharp! We are looking to hire a professional who can help sew/tailor shirts and pants for our team. If you know of anyone who can help, we have 3 weeks until we leave.

Congratulations to the Carlsbad High School culinary team for their incredible performance at the state ProStart competition. Our students absolutely swept the boards this year, taking home first place in culinary, first place in management, and the overall state title.
A massive round of applause goes out to the management team of Josiah Jarnagin and Camille Martin, as well as our culinary champions: Myka Char, Stephanie Desantiago, David Balderrama, Joslyn Frintz, Averee Padilla, and Aiyanna Navarro.

The team is now officially headed to Baltimore at the end of April to represent us at the National competition. Please join us in celebrating this huge achievement and wishing them the best of luck on the national stage.

The New Mexico ProStart Invitational is happening TODAY at the Albuquerque Convention Center!
Many of the state’s top ProStart students are competing in fast‑paced Culinary and Management challenges to earn scholarships and the chance to represent New Mexico at Nationals in Baltimore this April.

These students are the future of our industry—cheer them on and help us celebrate the talent rising in kitchens and classrooms across the state.
