Safe Crisis Management The Safe Crisis Management training program has as its fundamental purpose the prevention and safe resolution of explosive behavior.

In today’s society, educators and human service professionals frequently stand face-to-face with individuals who engage in challenging or explosive behaviors. Staff should be trained how to respond quickly, effectively and appropriately. Since 1982, JKM Training, Inc. has provided a comprehensive continuum of prevention, de-escalation and safe emergency intervention strategies for responding to aggressive behavior in social service agencies and schools. This program is utilized in schools and human service organizations throughout the United States, as well as, in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Guam. The Safe Crisis Management® Training Program has as its fundamental purpose the prevention and safe resolution of challenging and explosive behavior. Whether you are working with oppositional, disruptive, defiant or physically aggressive individuals, SCM provides a capacity to prevent, safely manage and de-escalate dangerous and challenging situations.
