Get ready to POWER UP because Mooreland’s Coin Quest is coming!

Starting Tuesday, October 13th through Friday, October 23rd, we’ll have a school-wide competition between homeroom classes.

Bring in coins or dollar bills—every cent counts toward your homeroom’s total! The class that raises the most will win a Mario Kart Party and a Sweet Treat Celebration!

And remember, we’re working together toward school-wide rewards:

$2,000 raised: Fun lunch with popcorn, music, and choice seating!
$3,000 raised: Three teachers will get PIED at a core assembly by one of their students!
So start collecting those coins and encourage your family to help your class power up and reach our goals!

Let’s make this our most SUPER fundraiser yet!

’Twas the night before the Book Fair, and all through the school, the MES PTO worked hard to make everything look cool.

The books had been stacked, the table displays were just right,
There was so much inventory, but they had much fun getting everything ready that night!

The Mooreland children were nestled all snug in their beds, with visions of new books, posters, and trinkets (that will surely get lost at home) dancing in their heads!

For tomorrow was finally one of the best days in the fall…The Scholastic Book Fair brings happiness to all! 📚

Classes will have a chance to browse and shop throughout the week, and we’ll also be hosting Family Night on Thursday, September 24th, from 5:00–6:30 PM!

One of the things we’re most proud of is that, each year, we’re able to provide every student with a free book of their choice! Your support also allows us to replace damaged books, add new read-alouds to teachers’ classroom libraries, and provide other resources for our students and teachers.

Thanks to your amazing support last year, we were able to purchase three new classroom rugs for our teachers!

We truly couldn’t do it without our school community. Thank you for supporting our Book Fair and our students!💚🦬🤍
