We’re celebrating a truly special milestone, and we hope you’ll join us! 🥂

Our 125th Anniversary Celebration will begin at 3:00 PM on the steps of the Old Courthouse, where the Commissioners will read our official 125th Anniversary Proclamation.

Following the proclamation, we’ll head next door to the Comfort Suites for light refreshments, drinks, and time to celebrate with fellow members. Each guest will receive one drink ticket. 🍾

☀️ What a fantastic afternoon at the CCBA Summer Picnic!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of great food, live music from Low Hanging Fruit, and the chance to catch up with friends and colleagues. Events like these remind us how special our legal community truly is.

We were also honored to celebrate Shelly Dolan and recognize her retirement as CCBA's Executive Director. Shelly's years of dedicated service, leadership, and commitment to the Bar have made a lasting impact, and we are grateful for all she has done. Congratulations, Shelly, and best wishes as you begin this exciting new chapter!

Help us make a difference this school year! 📚✏️🎒

The CCBA YLD is hosting a Back-to-School Supply Drive to benefit Safe Harbour, Inc. and Cumberland County, PA - CASA Program helping local children start the school year with the supplies they need to succeed.

We're collecting new school supplies, with the greatest need for:
🎒 Backpacks
🥪 Lunch boxes
📒 Binders

Donations can be dropped off at the CCBA Office during the first week of August (August 3–7). All collected supplies will be delivered to our community partners the following week.

Every backpack, notebook, and pencil can make a meaningful difference in a child's school year. Thank you for helping us support children in our community!

The 2026–2027 CCBA Pro Bono Program is officially underway—but it's not too late to get involved!

Our members can join the Pro Bono Program at any time during the year, and we are always looking for volunteers to help meet the legal needs of our community.

While we regularly see a need for assistance with family law matters, there are also opportunities to help with:
• Creditor matters
• PFA hearings
• Estate planning and document preparation
…and more.

Whether you're able to accept one case or several throughout the year, your time and expertise can make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

If you've been thinking about volunteering, now is the perfect time. We'd love to have you join our growing network of pro bono attorneys dedicated to expanding access to legal services in Cumberland County.
