I have been on a journey toward improved health for many years now. The moment that really propelled things forward is when I developed joint pain in my hands and feet and sometimes could not stand up for too long in 2014. I love to dance and be active and not being able to keep up with my friends or family due to my feet aching (feeling swollen on the inside) was a major turning point for me to keep seeking out help. Thankfully due to my persistence in seeking help I finally discovered that I had food sensitivities. The test results indicated that I was sensitive to wheat and 4 other grains. Finally, I had a reason for why I had lost my vitality and I saw no other option, but to get serious in avoiding these foods in my diet and focusing on all of the other foods that I could still eat and enjoy!
