✈ Kristin Quednau, Eyler Elementary School Principal
Mrs. Quednau formerly taught 4th grade at Niedermeier Elementary School.

✈ Jon Scharf, Airport High School Principal
Mr. Scharf previously served as AHS Assistant Principal.

✈ Stephanie Miller, Airport High School Assistant Principal
Ms. Miller formerly served as special education and science teacher for the Airport Center for Education (ACE).

✈ Christopher Lukosavich, Athletic Director
Mr. Lukosavich previously served as AHS Principal for 16 years.

🇺🇸 MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHT 🇺🇸

Join Airport Football on Thursday, Sept. 3 as the Airport Jets take on the Jefferson Bears for a special night dedicated to honoring those who have served our country.

🏈 Kickoff: 7 p.m.
Before kickoff, honored service members will stand alongside Airport athletes for the playing of the National Anthem as we recognize their service and sacrifice.

🎖️ Calling all veterans!
Veterans who register using the attached Google Form will receive a special Military Appreciation Night hat and custom commemorative pin the night of the game. Link: https://forms.gle/eY4HsAdmQTtLgTvJ7

🇺🇸 All service members receive FREE admission to the game.

Congratulations to Tristan Salemassi, the winner of this year's Scoop's & Stories Back to School Bundle! 🍦📖🍦

Tristan will pick up his bundle from the Eyler Elementary School office during Open House. We hope you love it!

Scoop's & Stories is the district's summer reading program, coordinated by Rebekah Anderson, Wagar ELA Teacher. The program, which just completed its 11th year, offers a free ice cream and book from Twist & Shake House or Swirls Ice Cream once per week throughout the summer.

The program's mission is to reduce the summer reading "slide," a decline of reading ability over the summer months, and foster feelings of excitement and fun about reading.

PowerSchool Parent Portal system maintenance is complete, and we are excited to provide you with the following Back to School information:

✈️ Bus information - Transportation tab

If you're still seeing a "disabled" or "information not available" message, proceed with clicking onto the School Information, Demographic Info, and Transportation tabs to view the information that has been released. Please be certain to review this information again before the first day of school (Sept. 1), in case of any updates.

Principals are expected to follow up with more building-specific information soon.

Wagar and high school students will receive their class schedules next week during Open Houses/Orientation. For a reminder of these dates, visit airportschools.com and view the "Upcoming Events" calendar.

AFTERNOON CAREGIVER

✈️ Hours are 2:15pm-6 p.m. M-F
