Bucket Fillers vs. Bucket Dippers

This summer, we will be using the idea of bucket fillers and bucket dippers to help children understand how their words and actions affect others.

A bucket filler is someone who leads with kindness, includes others, uses respectful words, helps friends, and makes others feel good.

A bucket dipper is someone who hurts feelings, excludes others, uses unkind words, argues, teases, or makes the day harder for the group.

My goal is to encourage everyone to lead with kindness, think before they speak or act, and help create a fun, safe, and respectful summer environment.

T- MINUS 4 day. 🤪

MCKYNNA!!! She was my VERY FIRST daycare child in 2019 at only 18 MONTHS OLD. You grew up here girly 🏠 and this week was your LAST! 😢 ALL the snacks, hair dos, make up, sleep overs, crafts, the outings, the SWIMMING.

She watched me grow as a provider- just as much as I watched her grow into a very strong independent little girl. ❤️
