NOW HIRING: LIFEGUARDS!

Are you looking for a job that keeps you active, helps your community, and lets you spend your time around the pool? The Greater Carbondale YMCA is looking for friendly, reliable, and safety-minded Lifeguards to join our aquatics team!

What You’ll Do:
Supervise swimmers and ensure a safe pool environment
Create a welcoming atmosphere for members, children, and families

What We’re Looking For:
Current Lifeguard Certification
Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
Weekend availability is a MUST (Saturday and Sunday shifts required)

Some of our fitness equipment in the Wellness Center went for repairs recently - check out some of the before and after pics below! Huge thank you going out to Frank Hudzinski for working fast to repair the upholstery and fix the broken wooden framework on the benches. Also, thank you to BJ Zembrzycki for welding repair work! And THANK YOU to our members for your patience while we worked through the repairs!
