Mental health is health.

Just like we care for our physical health, it's important to care for our mental well-being. Taking time to rest, connect with others, ask for help, or simply check in with yourself are all healthy habits that can make a meaningful difference.

Prioritizing your mental health isn't a sign of weakness. It's an investment in your relationships, your work, your physical health, and your overall quality of life.
