We have always strived to provide services and programs that allow for all families to be involved with no financial or displacement boundaries placed on these services. We provide a safe space for anyone to come and be involved in our services. We also do not allow anyone to discriminate or make anyone feel uncomfortable while taking part of our programs and services
A Gift of Love Charity Inc. began in 2005 with a story time program where we have given away over 3000 books to children in our community. The organization then moved onto provide arts services including African Hand Drumming, Ballet, and African Dance. These programs have served over 300 children and their families over the years. In 2008 the organization began an urban farming program that strives to teach how to grow your own food and have a sustainable lifestyle. A Gift of Love Charity also has an arts education program that provides services for community members to learn basket weaving, crochet, and art like painting and drawing. A Gift of Love Charity, Inc has given away over 3000 books to children during our story time program. Another accomplishment would be the expansion of the agricultural program to include a second site for an urban farm. The organization has also expanded the arts program to serve more individuals in the community by furthering and fostering collaboration and outreach in the community.
