Today, OPTIONS staff and students worked on the Adopt-a-highway on Route 13 doing our part to keep Carbondale clean. Of course, we rewarded ourselves with some Culver’s afterwards.

Today, we took a field trip to Southern Illinois University Carbondale student center to get some lessons on how to play pool. Our very own Farah is an avid pool player and she was able to show the students the proper way to play pool, how to hold the stick and some basic rules. We enjoyed lunch in the student center too. Everyone had an incredible classe!

Thanks, Farah!

Big hair, bright smiles, and a little extra sparkle! 💖🎤✨

Dolly Day was a huge success! Our students and teachers brought their best Dolly Parton looks, filling Brehm with personality, creativity, and plenty of country charm.
Here at Brehm, every day gives us something to celebrate—and this one deserved an encore! A big thank-you to everyone who joined in and made the day shine.

At OPTIONS, most students have an internship. Here, Martha is working at her internship at The Thrift Shop in Carbondale. Martha gets to experience all kinds of work tasks like organizing and tagging merchandise, assisting customers, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned. Martha loves her internship and we are proud of her as she continues her work there.
